You can simply type [ media ] (without the spaces), followed by a link to the media, and then [ /media ] (again, without the spaces).

GameTrailers

At the moment your use of this feature is pretty much unregulated... if it gets abused I'll take another look at that.
Also, it is possible for me to set things up so you can embed media from other sites if you'd like to take advantage of it. Simply PM me and ask.
